History
A&R Blueprint & Design is a division of our existing company A&R Concrete & Hardscape, which has served the Inland Empire region of Southern California since 1989. The Harvey family has called Rancho Cucamonga home for over 30 years. It was here that Richard's father, Rick Harvey, began his career in the concrete business. As his knowledge of the industry developed, he began instructing Richard on all things hardscape with the vision of eventually owning and operating a business as father and son. Jonathan Grebe, Richard's brother-in-law, has worked in the field for A&R Concrete and Hardscape and is our lead designer. With decades of experience in all aspects of design and project management, including material specifications, construction documentation and permitting, estimating, field management, and virtual 3-D design, we are equipped to assist with any phase of a project.
