History

The store started from a dream and love for the saltwater fish hobby. The store is designed to showcase the vibrant coral and rare fish. Aquatica has recently added freshwater and koi pond fish and supplies. When you visit the store, you will note that it is unlike typical fish stores. It seems to have more of an art gallery feel. Aquatica also wanted to ensure that the livestock are healthy. All aquarium systems have UV sterilizers and protein skimmers that are under capacity. In other words, livestock ailments are kept to a minimum. All fish are not sold unless they are hardy and healthy and are observed for one week. We have a quarantine system to ensure any unhealthy fish recover and disease is not spread. We are also selective about our fish supplier. Where do we get our fish? Quality Marine supplies all of our fish (except for the designer clowns). As a result, Aquatica has a reputation of selling very healthy fish.

For Freshwater aquariums, we offer rock and freshwater schooling fish for Japanese style European freshwater aquascaping.
