One of my favorite places in SF. It's a small beach, very close to the water. Not much sand but just enough. Lots of seating to sit and watch the people walking swimming and the gentle waves...

The Dolphin Club swims here - and so do swimmers from YPAC Presidio who want to practice open water swimming. On select Sundays they step into the 50 degree water in wetsuits and confidently...

Nice spot to take in the views of the skyline and the bay. There is plenty of seating and the beach is nice and spread out. I went on a beautiful day and there was so many people swimming....
