Ridiculously bad. Everybody who works there is incompetent has no idea what they're doing. It's an exercise in frustration. Order from anybody else. There is a reason there ratings are so poor.

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. If your provider points you to Apria say no and ask for a different CPAP provider.
