Do not use this provider. I have used Apria since I got my BPAP machine. They always over charge. First when you order they tell you "haven't met your deductible" duh....it's medicare advantage...

UPDATE. It gets worse. Ripping me off and costing me credit card interest because they can't process a refund. I'm on fixed income and $450 is A LOT. No one can fix that they double withdrew...

They charge you the supply when you didn't even ordered. Than they send you a bill saying that the insurance didn't pay for it. I can't even send it back even when I didn't even open the box. Scammers
