Be careful, this place will keep recharging your credit card even after you have left thinking your membership is over. The place is ok...but i would pay in cash only and read and keep your contract!

A great gym with great people. Does not have that intimidating factor that other bigger gyms have. The staff are great and the members are all nice! I would definitely recommend this gym.
