Apple Tree Campground is situated near Jackson Lake, just west of the town of Wrightwood, California. This campground features eight campsites equipped with pit toilets and running water, offering a convenient outdoor experience despite its proximity to the highway.
While the campground does not allow RVs and requires visitors to park along the highway, it is conveniently located near the Mescal Picnic Area and Jackson Lake. Guests are reminded to display a National Forest Adventure Pass in their vehicle to enjoy the area fully.
