APLA Health's Vance North Necessities of Life Program (NOLP) is the largest network of food pantries for individuals with HIV/AIDS in the United States, operating out of 13 locations throughout Los Angeles County. NOLP provides clients with pre-bagged groceries, including fresh dairy, frozen meats, fresh produce, and a variety of canned and dry goods, covering 100% of weekly meals, as well as hygiene items and cleaning supplies.
