Hidden gem...perfect gym size. Not big nor crowded. Seems like an exclusive club. Members are respectful & keep the environment clean. Parking is good. Also nice having McD & Starbucks in same...

Clean, private bathrooms and showers, never busy so easily access equipment. Dont be fooled by its smaller size, you can actually get more done than some your big box gyms! It feels like a private...

Clean for most of the time. I think some equipments are nearly a re-skin time, have been member since they opened. They limited number of members which is nice, not too crowded as of recently
