Anthony Bustamante, MD, is a board -certified family medicine doctor dedicated to practicing the full breadth of primary care and caring for patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. He provides preventive care, as well as the diagnosis of acute and chronic diseases, including diabetes, chronic heart disease, chronic kidney disease, asthma, depression and anxiety and many dermatologic conditions. His research interests are in improvements for clinical efficiency. Dr. Bustamante completed his residency training in family medicine at UC San Diego School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and masters of medical science in Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. When not at work, he enjoys cooking, surfing, tennis, traveling, photography and scuba diving.
