Anstella Robinson, MD

As a clinical pain psychologist and scientist, I have dedicated my career to developing and investigating brief, scalable, and effective interventions for acute and chronic pain relief, and to safely reduce prescription opioids and related iatrogenics. I am Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine where I direct the Stanford Pain Relief Innovations Lab. As a NIDA-funded pain and opioid research mentor, I enjoy mentoring junior investigators to further their scientific goals and careers.

Dr. Lin specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatologic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, myositis, gout, and seronegative spondyloarthropathies. She received additional training in autoimmune skin diseases and has a special clinical and research interest for psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis, dermatomyositis, cutaneous lupus/systemic lupus. She leads a combined rheumatology-dermatology clinic with Dr. Matthew Lewis in the dermatology department to take care patients collaboratively. Dr. Lin is a graduate of USSONAR (Ultrasound School of North American Rheumatologists) program and performs diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound evaluation and interventions.

Christopher F. Beaulieu MD, PhD, is Professor of Radiology, Associate Chair of Education, and former Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, USA. He received his MD degree and a PhD degree in Biological Structure from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. He was a resident and chief resident in radiology at Duke University in Durham, NC, followed by a fellowship in Body Imaging at Stanford. He was a visiting fellow in musculoskeletal imaging (MSK) at the University of California, San Diego. His research has focused on computer graphics, computer-aided diagnosis, artificial intelligence, as well as numerous technical and clinical musculoskeletal imaging and interventional projects.
