Positives * The building is a beautiful 1930s art-deco building with vintage elevators and archways in the apartments. * The walls are thick and you barely ever hear anyone in their apartments....

The building is clean and well maintained. Management fixes things quickly and are all friendly. Loved living here with my family and was sad to leave when we moved. Can't recommend living here...
