History

We started working in real estate in 2010 with Lawton Associates - a local brokerage in Rockridge, Oakland. Since then we have continually grown. In 2017 we joined The East Bay Team with Sotheby's International Realty. In 2020 we worked with Highland Partner out of Piedmont and Oakland. As of January 2021 we joined Compass.

The year-long project ignited their excitement for home development and real estate, leading them to get their licenses and join Lawton and Associates, an East Bay brokerage specializing in the Oakland neighborhoods of Rockridge and Temescal and the City of Berkeley. Anne and Josh hit the ground running--acting as project managers, preparing homes for sale and helping Buyers find their dream homes.
