Ann Bridges has been painting and teaching since her graduation with an MFA from California State University Long Beach in 1997. In 2007 she moved to Los Angeles and established her studio in Koreatown on the top floor of the historic Wilshire Professional Building at 3875 WIlshire Bllvd LA 90010, two blocks west of the Wiltern Theater. Her work has turned to focus on the urban landscape of Los Angeles and in 2009 she was added to the Los Angeles Civic Art Comissions list of prequalified public artists. Many of the aerial landscapes on her website are done from the observation deck outside of her studio.

I always drew stick figures...until I took class from Ann now I can really paint pictures that look like what they are.... my husband hung one in the living room!!!! And it's an amazing space
