As an Integral Life Coach & Leadership Embodiment Teacher, I focus on what you want with the felt-sense of empowerment, ease & choice during big transitions. Changes in health, fertility, career, relationship, loss, parenting, spirituality and other significant areas often shake our very core, sense of self, and the foundation of our lives. How can we feel centered and open to a wider perspective with more options when there is groundlessness? This is my coaching specialty and area of focus coupled with unconditional openness and honoring of your unique journey. Using both the Integral approach (where nothing is left out), and deeper in the somatic (felt sense in the body) arena in conjunction with my unique Awareness, Acceptance, Alignment, and Action process for change, a wider array of options present themselves. Important, deep shifts usually occur within three months of our work together.
