i LOVE angela. she is super friendly, honest and listens to what you want. she does an amazing highlight job. my hair is very dark and tough to get the color right without making it look orange....

Hidden in the back of Peninsula Beauty on Burlingame Avenue is the salon of Angela Liu. She doesn't really advertise so you would never know there's this great salon in the middle of Burlingame...
