It was originally started by Angela Mc Elroy in Ventura, CA. Then she decided to move to beautiful Ojai Valley, where she continued to live until recently. She moved and currently lives with her son David. Angela then sold the business to Joanne Moore approximately in 1989, she owned it until about 2006, until she decided to sell it to our friend Laurie Barnett who then sold it to me. I actually started working for Angelas Flowers when I was just a sophomore at the local high school. I continued to work there until my friend Laurie wanted to go back to her previous job, helping kids in school with disabilities. It was my first job....and I honestly believe it will be my last. I love what I do so much it doesn't seem like work. I have been with the bussiness for over 20 years and all of us who have owned it still stay in contact one way or another. I can proudly say it's always been a family business, because we have all cared for each other.
Beautiful, natural, and creative floral bouquets for everyday occasions as well as wedding, event and funerals.
