Not easy to find a real butcher shop anymore. We stop in for frozen lamb whenever we are in the area. Sausage is a historic favorite for generations.

Excellent place to grab a sandwich! Fridays they smoke tri-tip in the parking lot. We were greeted and served promptly upon entering the business and all the employees were nice and friendly....

Great team whether you want a deli sandwich, Tri-Tip on Fridays, or have a cut and wrap order for your freezer. Cannot say enough nice things about them.
