I come here every time I'm in Los Angeles. The customer service is top tier. The restaurant is very clean and the food is great. I always order the cheese burger and fries, it tastes so much...

We order and they never brought my food after 30mins we got a refund and left no sorry no nothing. Wasted my time, they have no coordination with the cashier and the cooks. Never coming back.

Very disappointed...I ordered a menudo with pata (pig feet) I received a menudo with bone only...i had no choice but to eat it since it was carry out...I called manager to respectfully advise her...
