From the website:Daniel Slater, MD, is a board -certified family medicine physician. He provides primary care for patients of all ages, including preventive care and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. He also offers consultations in integrative medicine through UC San Diego's Center for Integrative Medicine http cim.ucsd.edu , which focuses on whole -person wellness by addressing physical, lifestyle, psychological, and spiritual needs.
