You get results here. It's definitely a no nonsense workout. A 30 minute workout here is more motivating and fulfilling than an hour of P90x.

Holy sh!t please do not go here. I was told it cost $500 for a 1 day trial membership when I inquired about joining and was assured by the owner "there are certainly no free workouts in this gym"...
