We employ from one to three draftspersons/cadd operators, working in close concert with the project architect, enabling us to maintain a close, personal contact with each client, as well as the governmental review agencies. We found this to be a very satisfying and successful arrangement, both for ourselves and our clients. By maintaining flexibility within our own organizational structure, both large and small projects can be handled easily.
