This was my first laser hair removal experience. I discovered this spa through groupon. I paid for 6 sessions of a medium area & selected my underarms. The staff made me feel very comfortable....

Came to my appointment and no one answered the door. No one answered my calls. Now they will never get any money. Going to tell everyone. You wasted my time.
