Anchor Memorial Park is the smallest park I've been to. It is located along the Embarcadero and a good spot to take a break if you're too tired from walking.

Kind of a small area. Good to sit down relax, have a bite to eat. The view of The rock is Spectacular from there. For the most part it's a small green lawn with some benches and an anchor on top...
