Dr. Helmuth Billy specializes in providing laparoscopic bariatric surgery as part of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary weight-loss program from offices located in Thousand Oaks and Ventura, California. Services include bariatric surgeries such as the lap band, sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass, and the ReShape Balloon. Dr. Billy also provides general surgery services and revision surgeries.
