I am a board certified Osteopathic Pediatrician specializing in Integrative Medicine. I practice healing oriented medicine that takes into account the mind, body and spirit by using both mainstream and evidence-based alternative medicine. I am a graduate of Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed my residency training at Miami Children's hospital. My fellowship training in Integrative Medicine is through the University of Arizona. I am a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and have been a practicing pediatrician since 2010. I love connecting with my patients and families to create a supportive, friendly environment in which healing can occur. I believe that meeting with me should feel more like a relationship and less like an appointment. In my spare time, I enjoy yoga and am a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor. I love to cook nutritive yummy foods, and I love to spend time outdoors hiking or kayaking.
