Haven't had a terrible experience. My clothes were cleaned. A little pricey. Probably will do elsewhere or just buy dryel and do dry cleaning at home.

I would not go back here... the owner played a very shady trick on me- I picked up my drycleaning the day he said it would be done (also, side note, it's overpriced ) so I bring my clothes home...
