Install carpet and upgraded padded fir 1.5yrs. Now 2 rooms carpet started got loose and roll up. Bad workmanship that didn't last. Unfortunately out of 1 yr warranty and have to pay $450 to re-stretch

WOW ! Avoid them - insanely unprofessional, wrong carpet, bad installation & a litany of other problems. What a saga ! Save yourself allot of time, aggravation & nonsense
