Worst customer service ever. Takes months for them to send out paperwork required to finalize any policy cancellations. If you try calling them, they only have old "bankers hours" availability....

Terrible, Absolutely terrible. I've been trying to cancel a useless policy that my wife was talked into. They are readily available to you when it comes to closing the deal or taking your money....
