Our customers come to us because they know we're in the business of footcare as well as footwear. Many of the 70, 000+ per year, lower extremity amputations, in the U.S. could be prevented with education and proper foot care. As an added service to our diabetic and neuropathic customers; AFC is pleased to offer free annual foot screenings.. AFC is a participant in the nationwide "Lower Extremity Amputation Prevention" (LEAP) program. This brief, free examination will identify people with acute foot problems and/or potential problems.
