History

Established in 2014, founder Eric Hall received his Private Patrol Operators License through the Beaurau of Security Investigative Services by the State of CA. Once he was licensed, he formed AEP and began to solicit business from a property manager in Watts, which was under abatement and nuisance. Eric and his team were able to turn around the property through local hire and community involvement. They completed the job in 2 phases, under the initial time estimated and under cost. They were able to save the property for the owners and worked directly with LAPD and other organizations to safely manage the property. After this success, the City Attorney's office began to send around AEP's information for other property management companies and since then they have been a local success. AEP specializes in properties that have been overrun by gang activity turn to AEP for security solutions.
