My screen went out on my HP laptop. I gave it to them the day prior to Thanksgiving and had it back on Monday as he did not have the part on hand. $125 for the part and $75 for the service....

Took son's laptop in due to broken LCD. Was expecting to leave and pick up later, but they had part and replaced in about 20 minutes.
