The Bayside Care Center, located in Morro Bay, Calif., offers short- and long-term rehabilitation care services. The center also provides skilled nursing care services for all its residents. It provides various service programs, such as discharge planning services, Medicare hospice programs, comfortable furnished private, semiprivate bedrooms, meals, medication management, scheduling of medical appointments and local transportation services, exercise classes and scheduled religious services.
