American Canine Institute was founded in 1983 by Robert J Vance, when he began conducting dog training classes in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. American Canine Institute & Kennels was established in 1986 at 894 Independence Ave. Mountain View, Ca. We boarded dogs and cats plus conducted group and private dog training classes there and other locations throughout the Bay area until 1996. American Canine Institute & Kennels relocated to 8424 Wild Rose Lane, Dixon, Ca. in 1996 and continue to offer training and boarding to present.
