Would give zero stars if able to! They say most things fixed same day, tech came out said he had to go back and find out what the piece would cost, took my 60 bucks for service call and left!...

I would not even give them one star!!!!! If anyone needs an appliance company....WE DO NOT RECOMMEND American Appliance in banning. They charged $69 to come out and tell us our stove needed a new...

I had American Appliance come to check out a 1 1/2 year old Range at my tenants place.They charged me $60 to show up. They said it needed a new bake ignitor and they wanted $279.00 to replace it....

Update sears came put and fix my frig for $224 A-1 was going to charge me $541 fix it. Go with a major chain better service for 1/2 the price.

Would not recommend at all had tech come out to fix dryer ...I told him it needed igniter which it was , from arrival to finish a total of 15 minutes spent in my home job cost me over 180.00...
