History

Amber Foods has serviced the foodservice industry since 1961 by providing customers with a simple line of fresh cut fruit sections and fruit salads. Today, the company has grown to provide a vast array of fresh cut fruit and vegetable products along with specialty cut blends and retail items. Located in the heart of the central San Joaquin Valley, Fresno, California, Amber Foods ships product all over the United States. Our customers consist of hotels, school districts, hospitals, casinos, institutions, distributors, and other food manufacturing companies.
