I joined Amalgamated Bank because they are "America's socially responsible bank." However, their customer service is abysmal. Every aspect of their customer service is terrible. This is a shame...

What a nightmare working with this bank has been. Their online portal is abysmal, their branch hours are inconvenient, and doing business with them is way too complicated. Not sure why anyone...
