Reliable service, even though we live in a new development and all the construction work must be hard to maneuver around! When i have had to call customer service they're prompt and very friendly....

Trash does not get picked up regularly. Customer service is always rude and one time the customer service lady lied to me about picking up my trash when nobody came. I have cameras around my house...

Our trash bin consistently gets left behind or not emptied all the way. This has happened multiple times. Unacceptable. I've never had this issue elsewhere.

Really wish there was another option. Several times I've had to deal with them not emptying bins. Everything about living in the region where AVI operate is wonderful - except the service of trash...
