History

My mission to help women with emotional, compulsive and addictive behaviors with food came from my own experiences. As a former yoyo dieting, binge eating, compulsive mannered food-oholic, I found the tools needed to heal. My addictive journey began twenty one years ago in my early teens which eventually evolved into a yearning to change my relationship with food and I found the resources needed. I have been in what the wellness industry would describe as the highest level of healing for more than a decade and it feels amazing! Through coaching I bring my experiences, education and specialized knowledge to women who want to change their relationship with food and learn to love and value themselves in a customized, intimate and playful way.

I am a certified Wellness Coach who specializes in teaching women how to change their relationship with food in a healthy and fulfilling way, removing the cyclical yoyo dieting and binge eating behaviors and replacing them with self awareness and trust.
