Carlos the loan office is the WORST his attitude is horrible. I refinanced with allure and the company never got the payout check. I had to call and fix their mistake after the ruined my credit....

Maybe do something about people parking in the front in the atm parking spots when there not even using the atm. Every time I go the spots are not open & no one even at the atms what's the point...
