Maybe it's hard to find good staff. Both on the phone and at the reception desk and then even in counseling. I am sorry it took me so long to post this review. But I hop it helps other guys like...

Very user unfriendly policies make it very easy to get kicked out, thus further complicating your life. I dont reccomend them at all. But the other program, I hear, is just as bad if not worse....
