Does a place deserve a 1 star review when they don't open the door or answer the phone during business hours? 8:50am when they open at 8:30am. Very frustrating!

Walked in and a guy pops out from behind the desk and just immediately, without greeting, tells me a doctor isn't in til next week. What? Then tells me to come back.
