Very slow to respond. Limited capabilities. Truly a waste of time. Sent protocols and waited for weeks to learn they couldn't perform key analysis.

I like the facility! They retain their participants. They treat everyone fairly. They hear you out. I like the staff here the most.

Place is ok for what they do However the whole "covid PCR" test thing seems to be continued on at this place only for the additional funding the state provides them to do this as the PCR tests...
