Operated by Huntington Beach Community Clinic, Community Care Health Centers (CCHC) is a nonprofit community clinic that provides a range of health care services for individuals. Established in 1969, it serves the uninsured and medically underserved individuals of Orange County, Calif. Community Care Health Centers oversees a professional staff comprised of more than 165 clinical and health care providers. It has achieved designation as a Federally-Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHCLA). The center receives federal funding to support the health care needs of individuals. It offers health education and outreach, general medicine, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and dental and urgent care services. Community Care Health Centers maintains its headquarters in Huntington Beach, Calif.
