HistorySan Roque Realty was started in 1965 by Jack Kelly, a past president of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and a lifetime Director of the California Association of Realtors. Nearly every year one of the two achievement awards presented by the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors is the Jack Kelly Exchange Award.
