Sorry to say this office does not have their stuff together. They only tell you that you need a new authorization after it expires, they will let your allergy medicine run out before they make...

The patient ClearlY no longer comes first. It's tough enough leaving work early to get to the Lodi office before 4:30 (only on M,W,F, plus Lodi office closes 30 minutes before Stockton location)....
