CFHC'S Adult day care center is designed for older adults who can no longer manage independently, or who are isolated and lonely. At CFHC Adult day care, we enable seniors to socialize with others while still receiving needed care services. We offer caregivers a break from caregiving duties while knowing that their loved one is in good hands.We are dedicated to providing the best possible care and services to participants with Alzheimer's and other dementias. A wide variety of social activities including table games, crafts, floor games and exercise. Participants find enriched socialization with the development of new friends, sharing memories of past experiences & engaging with others.
