Took off work and waited hours for them NOT to show up. Had used them several years ago with bad results but made mistake of giving them a second chance. Best to look elsewhere.

Fraud alert**** $900 for a part on a machine that is worth $700 brand new at the stores. They arrived a day late, made us wait 3 hours with no show yesterday, a day later when they did show up...

Service guy was on time. I was interested in their $45 service charge if I declined the repair. Other places charged $80. The. They really get you... The part price was $79 for an oven igniter...
