This doctor is the worst, gives false medical opinions, has horrible bedside manner, and doesn't care about his patients before. He has had a malpractice lawsuit against him and still his license...

Meh. A tool for the employer and the insurance company. Do not expect to be given any sort of healthcare. They do not care about you as a person.
