History

Dr. Gary has over 21 years of experience caring for children's teeth in a warm, gentle and comfortable way. Dr. Gary attended the prestigious Tufts School of Dentistry in Boston, MA and Indiana University where he received both his Doctorate and Master's Degree in Dentistry. Dr. Gary has three convenient locations offering pediatric dentistry in Clairemont, Mission Valley and Alpine, CA (East County). Due to his length of time practicing in the dental field, Dr. Gary has enjoyed caring for his patients from infancy to adulthood. As a convenience to Dr. Gary's patients, his twin brother, Russell J. Toppi, DMD, (Orthodontist) also practices at the Clairemont, Mission Valley and Alpine locations and helps create beautiful, healthy smiles that will last a lifetime. During his free time, Dr. Gary enjoys spending time with his family and daughter, horseback riding, camping, boating and fostering kittens from the San Diego County Animal Shelter.
